I don't specifically offer one-offs but if I get a call and it's not too far out of my way and the money's right...why not?

Same here, but they often turn out to be a pain.

Nope, although I have been conned a few times into doing a one-off after being told they want it regular, then cancelling the next month.

Too much of a pain in the ass...

Every job is a one off, first time imo even if they tell you otherwise how will you know if they are telling you the truth or not.

Nearly all my regular work started as one off cleans.

Yes. I look at it exactly the same as 'Aspects'.  I usually do them on a Saturday so that they don't interfere with my normal working - and then I treat myself with the extra money earned.  Great!!

I agree with you, however as I charge double for initial clean I'm not out of pocket, just frustrated at being caught out.

I market for one off cleans, also call them home moving package.

Do 2 or 3 of them every month. A lot of the time get asked to carry on cleaning them untill they have sold the property.

Thats a good idea i have often thought of going into estate agents to offer my services to house sellers until they sell their houses at a premium of course!
But i never have but its an idea
