Just put a dozen on a pallet headed for HydraMaster, call and ask them how many are not spoken for, very affordable with the glide and all considered.

I know you will be happy with your purchase, 250 of them out there, only 1 returned.

Are they for T/ms only or do they improve porty performance as well?

Absolutely a choice for a porty, they wands come with a full 2" bore, this little detail will help any portable perform better (assuming it's a serious machine and not a single vac unit), the 2" vac hose is also an important detail, any 2 or 3 vac porty should come standard with 2" pipe, anything less is restrictive. To make good use of the GreenHorn wand I would want a pump capable of 300 psi and at least 1gpm real flow, a small 100 psi unit wouldn't be a good idea. That said all the other principles for better cleaning and drying are the same, so using a TM rated wand on a porty is a good investment for later when you upgrade.

The worst thing you can do for a porty is use small hose and a cheap poorly designed wand, there are no savings with a $200 wand.

I must say, that when my t/m was off the road recently i had to use some 2" hose lengths with my old porty and the suction was noticeably better.

I can see it being a good thing rather than bad incorporating larger hose diameters. My old porty only had 2 x 2 stage vac motors, i saw a difference in suction anything better you will definately notice a result!!

I'm saying this as i had some to play with, if i had to buy a 50' length to try i'd say go for it, you will notice a difference !!

All the best,
Jason.
