after my annoyance, i asked a customer the other day about paying me though online banking as they pay through paypal at the minute and i obviously get charged

he said he doesnt use online banking, but he would send me more. "dont be daft i said, its ok, i was only asking"

just had an email, its not like loads, its a £8 house and he sent me £10, customers like this make me feel good, thats appreciation for what i do, and i cleaned his windows in the pouring down rain

Funny you should say that - today a couple of custy's I did before Xmas but who weren't in - one gave me a "round up" tip of £4 in lieu of Xmas tip and another gave me a box of Belgian Chocolate biscuits for the same reason!

Never happened before in ten years!
