Your ideal work vech
« on: January 01, 2008, 09:48:22 am »
Hi guys ...I will be getting a new vech in about 2 to 3 years (I hope) and I am starting to give some thought to which type of vech I would like....

I use my current van (Nissan Vanette Cargo) which is good, has 2 side doors, back doors and so far has proved to be a good work horse.

Now I am thinking about how I could best use a vech...perhaps a pickup...with dropsides...

Now I have seen quads with tanks on them ...now imagine havin a quad  in the back of your van....drive it out of the back of your van...and away you go...what would be your dream vech for wfp?

Cheers
Dave.

I think that varistream needs to be a bit higher - you'd put your back out otherwise.

yes good point  , though youd probably put your back out trying to get into the trojan bubble car (if your old :-*)- the whole front hinges sideways to get in.

It's like one of those "what can you see hidden in the picture" kiddies books - I had to look for about ten minutes before I found the varistream ;D ;D

but no seriously pingu

you could get a decent wagon like one of these for wfping
youd get the good advertisement, put some signwriting on there, nice big tank in the back  - i mean look at the engine size theyd have the horsegrunt to shift you about, and people would like it.

Its even got its own gun rack - there you can use it as a wfp rack

Whilst I am impressed by the above set-up wouldn't a decent van mount with 100m of microbore hose be a lot less hassle?
