Is it cement powder or mixed and dried concrete?

The former is dry cac only, the latter is hammer and chisel.

Silicone, you can get a silicone solvent/remover from the hardware/diy shops. apply and it will soften the silicone. Test well first though. I don't know what the chemistry is though.  For the right amounts on the right carpet, a stanley knife can be used with care.

think it`s mixed cement, as very hard to the touch. hammer and chisel then. would Liqua Gel, by chemspec be ok as solvent, or pog. dying to use it cos of the smell.

Hi, The only thing to remove mixed and cured cement from a carpet is by purchasing a suitably sized rug to cover it, or a new carpet, there isn't a 'cement stain remover', apparently they build houses out of the stuff so its gonna be one of the toughest eye sores to rid out there i'd say. Best of luck, but tell the customer to try suing the careless builder.
