my probs was i didnt want to damage my new van, i will not swear on here but the iow cops, are a sad bounch of  er,,,,,,,,,,,,,,


worst thing was a had to pay one of the guys working for me his ticket also , i got well and truly stitched up
me being to honest again 

is honesty really the best policy I am not thinkin of that, than again they have nothing better to do with the time as they cant solve a crime unless they are told how it happened and who by, I  should be a police man I know more than most of them

There is a way of getting round the three points on your licence. You still have to pay the fine but you don't get any points.

Its used extensively by the minicabs in London. You register the vehicle in the name of someone who doesn't have a British driving licence. The registered keeper can be anyone, it doesn't have to be the owner.

When the car gets zapped by a speed camera or a red light camera etc they write to the registered keeper to provide details of who was driving. If the registered keeper writes back and say he/she doesn't know who was driving then the penalty defaults to the registered keeper to pay.
The registered keeper then gets fined but because they haven't got a licence they can't get any points on their non existant licence.

As long as they get their money the authorities don't seem to care less about the points.

It stands for Over Target Earnings, what this means for example is that when you start to work for a sales company this is what it refers to.
If you sell just the alloted items say 20 cars a month then you get the normal rate. However if you sell 35 cars in a month then your earnings go up

So do more windows and you'll earn more

It's on target earning, this is what our window cleaners are earning at present.

We pay purely as a percentage of work done, if you don't work you don't get paid, however if you work hard you get paid well.

We only work 5 days a week, generally 8am - 4pm(lunchtime finish on  a Friday) and one saturday or sunday morning a month (which is about 1.5 - 2 hrs work for £65)

24 days holiday a year, I don't pay sick pay other than SSP.

Ideally the right person would be able to put their hand to a multitude of cleaning tasks, including windows (trad & WFP), carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and if necessary office cleaning, builders cleans, con roofs, etc, etc.
