Gutter cleaning how would you price??

Been asked to price for gutter cleaning of about 50 properties(all res terraced and semis) how would you go about pricing?? i was thinking a price per metre instaed driving about for days to view each one, does any one have a price per metre??

I heard that a specialist gutter cleaning company charge £18 per meter....Personally I pass any gutter cleans on but would want £100 per 3 bed semi for the hassle and effort.

understand that you don't want to"waste" time viewing these first, but never quote blind, they may never been cleaned before andhave years of growth in them ;)

i know what your saying but i could spend two days doing the quote to not even get a reply i was thinking more like £1 per foot a semi with three sides would be about £45??

IMO £45 would be ok if they have been regularly maint'd i.e twice a year, you say terraced aswell, you need to check on access to these, access could be half a mile down the road with no vehicle access!just concerned mate that you may under quote and be there double the time you thought :) :) :)
