I had my first days WFP'ing today, with my new Pure Freedom Trolley System.

I certainly wasn't much quicker, but I felt a lot less tired after the end of the day!

I know I'll get quicker too.

There's a couple of house on my round yesterday, that I normally don't enjoy cleaning due to access, and the amount of ladder work involed - today was a dream doing them.

I've attached some pics of one of those houses. I used 25 liters of water to clean it, and it took 45 mins.

Am I using to much water for a property this size ( it's a bi-monthly clean)?


I'm now definatley a covert to WFP - it's certainly going to make my life easier

As it was a first clean with wfp I think 25 ltrs isnt to bad I remembered going through loads of water for my first couple of cleans

what system did u buy how much and ar u happy with it looking into getting one but dont know where to start,do u carry spare water in the van etc

25L doesn't sound like enough water for that property? Did you rinse the windows well?

yuo,ll soon be using less water and you,ll be round that property in 20 mins max , i started in feb with the freedom and its a good bit of kit , i,ve changed it to a van mount now , one tip , you will get punctures so buy one of those cans from a garage that fills the tyre with foam its an absolute pain dragging a trolley with a punctured tyre

I too never realised just how tired I was working 4hrs + on a ladder every day till I went WFP.

I was slower at first, but because I had the xtra energy and was really enjoying it I didn't notice the time going by. Now however, I'm quite a bit quicker and for most of my round I'm only on the second time around.

I enjoy working traditionally so I'm only doing tops WFP at the moment on most of my work. First time around I was using seven barrels a day with my Freedom trolley. Second time around and I'm already down to four.

im using about 5 25ltr containers each day getting about 10 houses done per day.

you do get quicker and save more water. Now im using about 12.5ltrs per average/smallish house- so two per container..

i must agree with andy at scs 25 litres seems nothing like enough water for a house that size i have found that skimping on water leads to problems specially on first clean only been wfp since april but found i got quicker and more consistent after i stopped thinking about how much water i was using and just went for personally i look at photos and i would have used double that amount on first clean easily and even after few cleans its still a barrel and half surely or am i doing something wrong still nice view and hope your wfp move goes well

When your up to speed it will take half the time at least the time first cleans are taking you,it might sound a long time but after a year you can really see how much time your saving on your whole round,it`ll take a few cleans before you know where your going with your hoses etc,and then when you go van mount you`ll be even more surprised how much more time you`ll be saving.

I went for the Pure Freedom Trolley - the complete package . very impressed, easy to set up, and use.

The only other thing I had to buy was a water storage tank to store the water at home.

The complete set up ( including RO, and Di) cost £995, and at the mo I'm carrying 150litres of water ( 6 x 25 litre barrels)
