Paying £400 for £300 worth of work might be a good deal but you guys are all missing the point here!

Jonrob paid out £400 for £590 worth of work, but has been swindled!  :(

Andy

Principles:
Take the figures out of the equasion here...
items advertised for sale £400.00
Packaged for you
Receive package and 4 items are missing
You have been done :)

Reallity:
£590.00 per month for 60 customers = average per customer £9.83, so sods law says some of that was defo C*** work which you would drop anyway. You have managed to get good work £300 per month - £3600 per annum for £400. Not a bad return over a year.

Yes principly you were done... but really have come out with a good deal.
Learn lessons and move on :)
