cold fingers in winter

my girlfriend knitted me some wolley mittens as a present,

they keep my fingers nice and warm ,but restrict my hand

movement any alternative suggestions.

been using neoprene gloves from a wet suit hands still wet but nice and warm after a few mins very good nothing to touch them no pun intented
