been working with my 36ft power pole today and i hate it, it only comes out occasionally so i never get use to the weight, also don't really target the 3-4 storey work cos hate using it cos it weighs so much!! anyway think its time i bought a new one and was wondering what you guys are using and how you rate different poles, poss looking at getting 50+ ft.

any ideas??

There's a new (Slightly cheaper) one from emporium poles arriving on the shelves shortly,... but to be honest I haven't heard a SINGLE bad remark about the SuperLite II's,.. or the people who sell them,... so unless money was really tight, I'd be on the phone to Alex if I was you!

I'm getting a Superlight 2 for higher work like that.  I'm not ditching my powerpole though.  Although it's quite heavy, it does have a quick release facility to fit a cladding brush and other bits.  It's still a very useful tool in certain situations.  I tend to use lighter poles now though as my shoulder started giving me grief.
