Hi Guys

If Keith Richards is a psuedonym then it is disappointing that the person behind this does not have the dignity to use their own name, on less liberal forums than this he would not be allowed to post.

My poll was meant as a light hearted piece of fun with a more serious message as Mike has pointed out.

Cheers

Doug

Many of the products we come across are often recycled or rebranded, or even "own label" from another manufacturer. In the retail world it is proven that the word "NEW" for example, on a label will increase sales. So a relaunch could even mean that there is now just 0.1% more of XXXXlyne than before. So am I cynical? Oh yes 8)

Sometimes these new products and formulations will come about because of EU regulations. The new formulations may do the same job, but be slower acting, or require more agitation, or different rinse or prespray etc. etc.

For myself, the new colloidal products have proved to be a good problem solvers for me, but as a general cleaning agent I prefer others. 5 litres will probably last me a year or more.

When it comes to new chemicals and trusting the manufacturer, a company group which I take more serious notice of when they launch new or improved products, originates from the land down under.

Safe and happy cleaning :)

I can remember when I saw you at the Alltec NCCA event last summer you had a sample of mpower but you were a little hesitant to try it out as there was no data sheet with it but you could say the rest is history although I guess you still use other MS and AS products.

Shaun, I never got my hands on ANY M Power till its release ........... i know for a fact as it was 2 days after judging for last years award  ;D .....................i moaned that i may not have got runner up Highly Commended if i had it earlier, i was not invited to be part of the tests :-\

Had a sample of a crystallising type solution .........that is still sat on office shelving.

Have tried Nemesis as well, maybe it is worked with in different way but on my test in one office, it needed a second go so i stuck with plan A   ::) .........................many people give up on some new chemicals if they cannot get them to work or if they work differently to what they are used to.

Actually still  have my Nemesis samples but they are shelved, due to lost safety sheets...............were i to get another set of sheets, then i could test some more, providing samples are still usable a year on !!!

Chris you need scented mate:P

Without the promotional hype from either product and after using both I still can't find anything between them but hey who am I?

I like that Crafyex Champion mixed with turps and a dab of peroxide to give it that 'edge' ;D

Sadly I have been known to be totally gullible, but when a cynic I have been ridiculed by my peers and then they find out and jump ship. :o

What I have found out in my survey is that customer’s want a clean carpet hook or by crook, BS they are not into.  :'( :'(

Chris

Still going to the parlour. ;)  Nice to see you back, boring are the other forums? :D Data sheets more or less keep clear of eyes, wash hands and don’t educe vomiting see a doctor, still waiting for the AS data sheet,  :( can you put a good word in for me with the powers that want too be. ;D

Joe

Can’t find it.  Think only Prochem have data sheets online, which is listed safety data sheets. Come on Chemsep/hydramaster

Pete

Broad shoulders, methinks

Sorry Len for misleading, data sheets are not on Restoremate site as you say.

But I have them here from somewhere - both Nemesis and Nemesis Super.

If you or Chris Straker wants a copy - no problem.
