Crayon and Felt tip pen
« on: October 30, 2004, 10:12:04 am »
Hi Guys

I have a house to clean next week 80/20 wool, with three children.
I have been asked to try and remove crayon and felt tip pen from this light brown carpet, some of the marks she has tried to remove herself with wait for it........ fairy liquid and then 1001, so lots of rinsing out to do first, but i must say that i'm at a loss of the best way to attack these marks so any advice woud be much appreciated.

Cheers

Ian

Hi Rachel & Ian

Rachel carpet Ian wants to clean is an 80/20 twist.
what is the ph of the solution you are  suggesting and is it woolsafe approved?

the suggestion that its industrial strength would have me a little concerned unless your customer has  told you to go for it, in which case you need her to sign it off.
