Hi Pete, here you go mate, I got the email from my mum (with the added text)!!

Watch!

He s-l-o-w-l-y enters the store......and then he runs.....OUT!

A seagull in Scotland has developed the habit of stealing chips from a neighbourhood shop.

The seagull waits until the shopkeeper isn't looking and then walks into the store and grabs a snack-size bag of cheese Doritos.

Once outside, the bag gets ripped open and becomes a feast, for other birds!

The seagull's shoplifting started early this month, when he first swooped into the store in Aberdeen , Scotland  and helped himself to a bag of chips - so a CCTV camera was installed to catch him!  Since then, he's become a "regular". He always takes the same type of chips.

Customers have begun paying for the seagull's stolen bags of chips,... because they think it's so funny!

Cant believe the last bit though!

"Customers have begun paying for the seagull's stolen bags of chips" - In Scotland....... No chance ;D

Billy,

You have obviously taken offence to the Scouse statement and you asked a question earlier that you already new the answer to.

You find it easy to be insulting for the sake of it but find light hearted humour difficult to take in so let me explain it to you in very simple terms.

The reference was to 70s/80s humour surrounding minor theft on Mersyside (sorry Liverpool) and the connection was the bird.

I may be a muppet at times and I may also do some things things where I could describe myself as being a thicko but let me ask you this, have you ever told or laughed at a joke involving Ethnic minorities, blind people (or any other disability for that matter), the Welsh, Everton fans (or Liverpool - depending on your leaning), the French or even Southern Softies?

You have no details on your profile and your anger hides behind your anonimty so why don't you chill out and contribute your knowledge (or indeed take some) from this forum or just enjoy the light natured fun that is had sometimes. Alternatively don't post becasue my nature does'nt allow me to be bothered by them and everyone else will just ignore you.

I'm sure he meant nothing by it and I don't get offended easily (I'm an Arsenal fan so I get used to it). I will buy him a beer at Carpex if I/he is there and we can discuss regional stereotypes
