ISAS

No B****y fear >:(

I put 14 grand into ISA's a few years ago - within a year the value dropped to 7 and a half grand >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I guess you invested in April 2002?

Stock market investments are for  a longer term view, say ten years

In recent years you would have been very unlucky (or chose the wrong investments) not to have doubled your initial investment over the last five years.

Cheers,
Neil

Absolutely Isa's are long term investments, and mine have done very well over the last few years or so!!! ;D

front pocket of my cleantech unger belt pouch...
i usually wear this too for the odd bit of trad cleaning on some downstairs windows.. good for carrying change, notes usually go in the wallet, before coming out again for fuel.

i find if i keep it in my pocket the notes fly out and the coins roll out down the back of the seat every time you go to the next customer

could just be my laid back driving seat position... best to keep the money on you though so theres no chance of anyone steeling it from your vehicle...

I use a Pocket bag, which I attach to my work belt.I allways carry pen, pencil, mobile phone goes in Pocket bag holder.

Allways carry a £40.00 float to start the day.4 x £5.00 notes, £15.00 in £1.00 coins, £5.00 in 50p coins.

Nel.

Hi Nel,
Needed to add 2 x 10p pieces to our floats as customers would pay the last 50p of the bill in 3 x 20p pieces. Now we have got them they have been in the float for months and we have never used them. ;D ;D ;D

cameron uses a peanut butter jar which I started off using and I use an old plastic lunch box.
Can't keep change in my pockets as the weight pulls my trousers down ;D ;D
