I`ve had a 12ft one in the shed for 6 months brand new,i plumbed it up and used it yesterday on a few highish bottoms. It`s ok for the odd few window`s like Mac says but if used all the time it would soon start playing up,the clamps are rubbish on them they get caught on everything branches guttering etc.

Think gardiners & cleantech sell them, don't think they're that dear.

Ooohhh, i just love it when i'm proven to be so right, yes, me, dave's favourite a**hole, i've proven the guy wrong so many times i'm beggining to think i'm the chosen one. the one whom all wfp wannabe's will turn to (eventually), the one who cuts no bull**it, tells it like it is, the one who isn't a manufacurer, the one who isn't an inventor, the one who can admit defeet & when he gets it wrong, the one who only gives advice with the complete best interest of whom it is intended, Oh yes, I do feel good tonight. ;D

lol, that's a thought.
I bought a 12 foot extender last november. Use it for most windows up and down. The bit you lift up on the clamp broke off last month, but i do like using it.
I will buy a proper pole one day though.  :)

i have had a extender pole for a while now and its still going strong and has a good hammering every day. no probs here! after all of you told me how crap they are...id buy anohter one!

I've got an 18 ft Extender.  They are pretty cheap.  I use it on all my first floor work .  I've had it 4 months now.  As it was pretty cheap and my shoulder is ok since using it, it wouldn't matter to me if I got through two a year.  After all, I only have to buy the bare pole as the brusjh etc is just transferred from the worn out pole.

John tomkins,

I had a great day at the office today! Best day this year.

I just REALLY cant be bothered with big headed people. From previous posts from macmac over the years I think he has made quite a few negative remarks and rates himself very highly.

He is no better than anyone else in this world. We are all equal!

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Not true you peasant, i am way above you, common, everyone knows that.
If you cant take a bit of tongue-in-cheek banter & a bit of a wind-up nown again you need to take a serious look at yourself dude.
Do you honestly think my above remarks are me being big headed & serious ???
Come on man, get real & get out more. :-*
