if you could i would of said allocate a van to the most senior cleaner and make them team leaders then give them a member of staff each.

When i used to work for a builders clean company we had 3 vans, 3 team leaders - 1 team leader plus 2 staff(twice) and then 1 team leader and 5 staff......if that makes sense???
