Bought some resin off you just arrived - the resin I took out of my D I was a sandy colour - the resin you sent me is a black colour, is this the same stuff and is this ok to use?

Hi Andy
Different makes of resin use different colour bases but it will not affect the performance of the resin.

o.k. thanks V much - I have got my Pure Water down to 3 - 4 ppm input 425ppm is this sufficent to work with?

Up to 8 or 9 is generally acceptable but 3 is better.
