big domestic job tickets
« on: July 14, 2007, 08:23:57 pm »
just recently most of my domestic jobs have been really good job ticket,             a couple of months ago i had a string of £80-£100 Which are OK but spent a lot of time going from one job to another,                                                                 but this last couple of weeks they have been between £325- £600 each
do you think because of the interest rises that people are staying put and not moving but instead spending the cash on their existing properties and making the most of what they have got?

Makes sense that people will renevate and repair, the amount of people that are using my services after decoratating is astronomical whether they are staying put or doing up to sell who knows, while the phone is ringing I'm happy to clean.

Just looked at last months average job tickets and mine is £193 (usually £150ish) so hats off to you Colin.
