No, he is a nervous wreck on the cleaning side but learning fast, has done Prochems course. But he is an excellent salesman. He's also a qualified computer technician. I know, I asked as well :)

Good for him. It shows it's possible, just need some marketing skills and the drive to succeed rather than make excuses for what is a competitive market.

I can understand that. You work your nuts off for someone else and have to play all their little games for not much more than an established CC.
