Hi Guys,

I have been asked to price a 4 bedroomed property that has been repossessed.  I am looking for help with the price please ???

There is a large - lounge, dining room, snug, family room, main bathroom-(very large round bath, shower, loo & sink), 2 en-suite (shower, loo & sink in both) Kitchen (cleaning of cupboards inside & out, microwave, fridge, hob, , oven - just dusty, worktops, tiled floor), utility (cupboards to be cleaned as kitchen), down loo& hall, stairs & landing (including all spindles dusting)

To be cleaned - All interior windows, skirtings, all paintwork (doors etc), hoover whole house, in/out of wardrobes.

I would be very grateful of some quick suggestions - many thanks

hi

does any of the carpets need washing? and what about the cooker as it makes a difference to the end price.

                                   kind regards Paul

hi

if the house is cleanish and not a state I think you could charge anything from £190 to £250 depending on where you live.

                                       kind regards Paul
