If you were asked to clean  hotel corridors, what method would be the quickest and most effective on an emergency basis (body fluids) and on a normal clean and a maintenance basis?

What is the going rate per sq metre for commercial carpet cleaning and would you have an extra charge for emergency call outs? I want to be competitive as I want the contract.

I use alot of M-power for my domestic jobs. would this be as good commercially?
