Help and advice on this1
« on: May 25, 2007, 02:59:31 pm »
Hi, we have been asked to quote for the windows clean ins and out on this house
on the front it as another 2 small windows that is not visible in the pic, on the back its the same set up but with 2 double patio doors.
now the catch is that all the window sills have fungus in it.

Questions:

1"how much should i quote? ???

2"what will be the best and fastest way to get read of vthe fungus and achieve a nice finishing? ??? ???

All frams are upvc ::)

Thank you :-[

Where i live i would charge - £20 first clean
                                              £15 Monthly

You will have to get your ladders out for sills first clean though

crikey you lot charge well! lol

like i say, £15 for a monthly clean, but if its a one off, alot more, like £30 id say for outside, and £45 for insides, so agree with malcolm

my normal price for this job would be £30, insides £45 and then another £15 for all the sills

£90 sounds about right, maybe not 3hours work
