Received details and card inviting me the 2004 event.
I am a bit confused as it asks me to send details back
or
pre register on line.
As I had already pre -registered online does this mean I have to do it again or should I fill in the details on the form and send it back by post?
Because I want a badge like every body else
Derek over to you

Hi Guys
As I understand it you should receive your tickets direct from Turret RAI in due course.
Speaking to Martin Scott at Turret RAI the other day he tells me that there are people signing up from places as far away as Turkey, Pakistan and others I can't remember plus a delegation from China.
Mr Flynn...Sir, ..This Show is destined to be a bi-annual affair therefore you will have to put up with 'The Cleaning Show' at the NEC next year
Cheers

You mean to tell me I will have a two-hour drive on the worst roads in Britain, rather then 20 minutes in the smog, very sad. I recon pull it down and let them quote for the Olympics.
John where Manchester? Is it in Spain Beck’s country?

Hi John
You brought back some memories....
my old Grandfather whenever he talked about Manchester added "It's always raining in Manchester"...
Come to think of it every time I have been there it has rained

Derek & John,
Memories here too.
On seing a black cloud approaching, my father, the eternal optimist, would say
"Don't worry, it's just an 'empty' on its' way back from Manchester"
John.

If you
can't
see the Pennines looking out from Manchester its raining!
If you
can
see the Pennines looking out from Manchester its about to rain!
I was born in Oldham, my only memories of that time was no central heating, bath time was in the sink, toilet outside in the yard, mice running around in the living room.
It was bloody cold in winter I know that much

Oh! .. the tin bath in front of the fire...once a week
When I was a little lad Laundrette's were non existant.... some folk used to send their children to the local laundry with a bag of washing for them to do for them.
Of course we 'posh people' had a coal fired copper in the corner of the kitchen which heated water and then the wash was inserted...whites first with the 'dolly blue' then coloureds... these were then taken out and put into a rinse tub and out through a mangle...I remember well swinging that handle to squeeze out excess water.
Brother John will have tears welling up in his eyes with all this nostalgia
