auto shut off valve

hi guys have a facelift van system which i believe uses 1/2 plastic pipe from the 40/40 ro to tank inside the tank there is a ball valve fitted to stop the tank overflowing however the ro still produces waste water wondered if anyone knew of a valve that will stop the waste aswell have had a look at the roman valve but this uses 1/4 inch pipe any help would be appreciated

Can't you put a solenoid before the ro to completely shut it off once it has filled?

I have a 40x40 ro unit with a sloenoid fitted to stop over filling.
