When I use to clean traditionally I would charge a decent price for glass & frames but if the customer's priority was the price then it was a case of clean the glass only and charge double the window cleaning price when they asked for the frames to be cleaned as well which was agreed by both myself and the customer.
Now my work is WFP, all frames and sills are included in the price because it doesn't take much difference in time taken to clean all.
