I ordered a new hose reel with 100M of minibore yesterday at lunchtime from Cleantech (first time I have used them). I was amazed when it arrived at 9.30 this morning. I live in the south of England and they are in Scotland!!

What is more the hose reel was fully assembled with all the minibore, fittings etc. all I had to do was change the fittings on the end of the pipe on my poles (supplied), 5 minutes I was up and running.

i use cleantech for all my w/ because they provide such a good service
earlier this month i was needing a wfp system fitted and at 2 days notice the fitted me in
thats called good service and that is why they get my custom

I had a problem. That quick release on the female yellow tapped schreader valve went so my set up wouldn't work. I got it the new next before 11.

Justin and Mike have always given me good advice.

I must amit they are very good, i got 80% of my wfp setup from them and most of it turned up within 2 days but saying that Gardiners and Gaps was just as quick for me aswel.

Because I don't know what I'm talking about- but at the same time I'm not stupid- it was very helpful to let Mike tell me what I needed when I first set up.

By reading this and other forums I tried to understand WFP, but in the end it was easier for someone trustworthy to make sensible suggestions as to what I needed.

If at some point they reply to this thread, Justin and Mike are son and father, I would like to see a photo of what they look like.

Really nice guys to talk to on the phone, fast delivery, good service all round - as a supplier myself I still need to get in touch with them at times for some fittings etc - can't fault them.

This would be as good a time and place as any to give an update on facelift poles. I've just been on their site looking at the brochure. It says the pole and brush are new, and the clamps are improved.
It also says available from stockists now.
Well are they? And what's changed?

After a few problems with tube suppliers, things are now moving and we are pleased to say that according to the latest information supplied by facelift, we believe that all outstanding orders will be dispatched within the next 2 to 3 weeks, and thereafter will be stock items and avaivalbe for next day delivery as usual.

Although this situation has been outwith our controll, we do regret the inconvenience to many of our customers, and conjunction with facelift we have taken steps to ensure that supplies will not fall short again.

Some of the other suppliers are going with these new composite poles. Now that facelift have let us all down will you be stocking any of this new generation?
