 Been asked to put a price in to clean all of the cladding in the pictures below.

Not sure what to charge, what do you guys think

The height of the building is about 35'

how are you intending to clean it ,you will probably need a cherrypicker which will cost about £300 including delivery and then using a power washer you should complete it in the day , it will need foaming with TFR and maybe agitating with brush before powerwashing . You could avoid hireing a cherrypicker and try using WFP but i dont think it will do a very good job.
  My price including cherrypicker would be about £500 but if you get cherrypicker cheaper then price accordingly.

i think the price depends on what sort of a job they want.some of them marks wont come of with wfp. i have done a few of theses jobs.if its just for a face lift clean i would charge about £300 take maybe half a day. but these firms will pay that not a problem.just make sure they no that there is some staining that  might not come off. if you have to use a cherry picker you want to be chargeing about 700

just looked at pictures again you may have problem with access for cherrypicker for the 2 nd  picture but this could probably be done using a large extension pole on pressure washer i think they go to about 30 feet but they can  be a bit awkward to use hence easier if you can get a cherrypicker there.

I’m only going to use Wfp and have done a few test spots and the cladding came up as new (I already clean the windows on a regular basis). The owner of the building noticed the test areas and asked me how much for the whole lot.

I was thinking spending a whole Saturday or Sunday there and charging between £400-£500 for two of us to clean the place.

Omnipole sell a 36' (6x6') power wash pole which you can use with a pressure washer (up to 1800psi because of the hose supplied with it). I have one but don't use it very often as it is quite heavy although it is built to last and will do a good job because the pole is very sturdy and is ideal for cladding jobs.

done a job very simalar to that in london wfp it only took 2 hours charged them £375 including travelling

I've done two of these full unit cleans in the past, one was 100' x about 50' charged £1600 for and it took about 4 days with pressure washer and extendable lance, one man. The other was slightly smaller 80' x 50' but had windows and atruim so less cladding, that was done with wfp over a weekend and charged £800. Both jobs were blue chip companies, so had a little more of a budget to play with. I would say that if this is a weekend job for a smaller company charge £600 for two men??

Just put a price in for £400 and the bloke had a heart attack. He did not expect to pay that much. He said he'll think about it but will properly get the gardener to do it with his power washer.

Would have been a shame to waste a lot of pure water on it.I find rought side of applicator with soap good, and the nail brush's connected to the tee bar for stubborn stains.(the Bird muck and window frame valeter I keep going on about).Give it some power wash. Rinse with wfp.

I probably wouldn't have done it as good as you. I don't think the gardener will be able to do it to an acceptable standard. You are used to thinking about this kind of problem, that in itself is time consuming for someone not used to it.

Don't under sell your services, price by your hour, allow 20% on top for the stubborn areas and if it comes in great, if not do jobs that will pay. Have done some of these jobs before for Scats and Homebase, they are great and easy until you get the difficult stain.

Don't forget, when you have made a great job of the whole building that stubborn stain will look even worse now the rest of the building is lovely and clean! Allow time to remove these areas.
