got to the stage now where i cant do all my round on my own so have been thinking of letting a mate do part of my round every month. The part im thinking of letting him clean earns £500-£600 per month. Now what percentage of that should i be looking at keeping for myself. I will be collecting etc and would like to pay him a monthly sum Do any of you guys do this. By the way i will not be employing him just letting him clean a section of my ever growing round. I dont want to give up or sell any customers it good work.

think he will spread it round £90 weekly? what £90 for each day

take 25%. so if he cleans 600 take 150 for yourself each month thats what i do. But they collect their own cleans, just pay me when the works due so i can sit at home getting fat!

does that work ok for you then? they clean the houses and collect the money and then hand over your 25% thats cool they gotta be trust worthy though.
