I use to clean a conservatory like that but it was twice the size and half as high again and all the windows were georgian panes which I use to clean once a month. I packed it in after several months because after a couple hours work I was starting to see red spots before my eyes.
The largest greenhouse I've ever cleaned was 60ft high by240ft long by 120ft wide. Got a lovely sun tan from the glare and the heat coming off the glass was unbearable. on a hot sunny day.

Do they want just the glass cleaning or the upvc too.
If its just glass and in decent nick I would warn them of the possibility of glass breakage and if they still want it doing charge about £80.
It would only take half hour with wfp. :)

i think it would be worth pricing a little higher and taking a little longer. That way you can put less pressure on the glass and take a little longer on it. That was you will have very little chance on breaking anything.
i do agree though, you would have to warm them first.

i think half an hour is a bit too quick.
£120 and take two hours if need be . £60 an hour isnt bad money at all!!

It looks like it needs knocking down, not cleaning!  ;)

Is it just the roof you are pricing for, all the whole thing?

Tell them you'll do it once the painter's finished!

Look at it - when was the last time it was done? If it was trad, they needed sky-hooks.

You'll have to go along each level of panes twice, frames then panes, then down to the next level to do the same. Work out your price from that but then add on time for cleaning out your brush at least once every level.

It's not too clear, but are the sloping panels framed or are they overlapping  :o

Hi Markybop

start at 300 quid
and then you have got every event covered
if you brake or even crack one of those pains it going to cost you no less than 100 quid to get it repaired,  and if you brake one of the beveled glass bits you can kiss any thing you thought you might earn goodbye :'(
 as in malc(g)OLDS QUOTE .

RUN RUN RUN  :-X

I was thinking that myself Andy.
Are they sure they want it cleaned?  It's probably only the dirt that's still holding it up.
