 32 and three quarters , and during the winter months i feel like fourty plus, but during the summer as young as twenty one again. suprising how a little sunshine makes me feel so much better. bring on this really hot long summer

40 just and also running 5 miles every other day and up to 12 on a sunday .
yes i am aching all over .
my dad is 70  and ran the marathon in 5 hrs .
i dont think ive got his gennes ,

Where did all those years before vannish to?

I still think in terms of 'young' and being able to do all that youthfull stuff.

It's when I hear records played on the radio and I remember the song coming out as a 45 that I realise that I ain't young anymore.

It's when I sing along to all the cover versions that are out these days - and my daughter looks at me as if to say "How do you know the words to THAT?"

And some of them were covers when I first heard them!

i knew a guy (since deceased) who was window cleaning to somewhere around his mid 70s.  He used to ride a pushbike about 5 miles from Crawley (Sussex) to Horley (Surrey) on his work days.

I wouldn't want to go back to the way we used to do this job :o
