The weeds would love it, It would restrict flow in downpours , and if anyone suggested I pay them to put it in my gutters they would get a short and not so sweet answer.

chris thats the whole idea lol, your suppose to remove it, rather than clean the actual gutter out itself, so it would be much easier, ::)

I couldnt watch the vid but it looks like some type of foam and when that gets wet it would weigh quite a bit in the gutter.
Tell me if I'm wrong, most gutters are now plastic.

Jouk.

It would only fit that type of gutter, most gutters are this shape" C " turned on it,s side that dont have a lip on, so it would not fit the vast majority of gutters.

But i think it,s a sound idea for the ones it will fit.

I've already pre-sold the idea to most of my customers and they are screaming at me to start so not a gamble realy. I expect it to be paid for in one month. I'll let you know how it performs.

ladders it comes in any gutter size, i emailed them and they confirmed it,
Gutter Stuff does make a 5" (12 cm) and 6" (15 cm) half-round shape. It
is installed with a bead of silicone or epoxy in order to hold it in the
gutter.

Hmmm so now you have it stuck to the gutters I really cannot see how its going to cut down on maintenance I would imagine it would need replacing or cleaning at least once a year and how many households have there gutters cleaned that often, I think you'd have real trouble selling it to customers over here.
