«

I have several customers where a bird _the feathered type!!- have flown into the window pane and left an imprint.
Does anyone know how to get this out?

Mick - did you see this on a window for the first time and wonder what to do about it, or had you cleaned them as normal and had this left on the glass?
A normal going over with an applicator should be enough, but try WHITE scotchbrite pads, which are designed to be used on glass without scratching, if that's not enough.
