  I went for a magnetic sign, reason being if I went onto sell the van I would not have to
  spend a fortune on get the sign scrubbed off the van.

  One problem with the magnetic sign is you have to keep on pulling if off the van to
  avoid it sticking to the van.

White sprit and/or T-cut (or other cutting compund) will get vinyls off with no bother
