Di Cannister
« on: September 14, 2006, 07:41:00 pm »
Hi All

Why does my di cannister only half fill up with water ??

Im still still getting the same amount of product water.

When i change resin it fills up slowly and product water trickles out as it should. Im using ro-man 100 gals system.

Does any one else have this problem/solution?

Its probably an air lock due to the low flow rate of the water. All that will happen is you are not using your resin to its full potential.

I take it you are using a 10" D/I cannister.

If so mine does exactly the same and i have a pump.

I don't worry about it my water is always fine.
