I agree, much depends on the client's needs, but you already stated a guide (which others can work from as opposed to copying) as to how to do some things.

Your explanation, I'm sure, will help many (including myself) to know the difference between a basic (one-off) computer/Telephone clean to one that is a more specialised clean and to the things we should think about when approaching something such as this type of service.

To answer your question - I was refering to the more basic cleaning of casing areas rather than anything internal.

I wish there were more like you that were able to explain more in-depth in order to guide rather than giving info on a plate, which I stated before. I would prefer an answer, when I pose a question, in the form of a site referral or simple realistic suggestions or, as you have done, a guide - certainly nothing more....I know there are more people on here - stop being so darn shy!
