(2) Sometimes, after only 2 weeks, the windows still seem so clean that it seems a real shame to go through the motions again. What do you do?
Thanks everyone.
I just charge them every 2 weeks,

I used to have fortnightly and changed it to monthly could not keep up with the fortnightly once the winter came in
monthly if you go a week behind - on a 4 weekly basis you are still within the month as some months have 5 weeks
going fortnightly your run will build up quick then you have a delemma do i take on staff, you might say =yes once i get enough then i will stop taken on new customers, but a window cleaning business is alive and you are allways growing if you want it or not

All my shops are every two weeks, and my domestics are every six weeks.

I have about 8 fortnightly cleans and make sure they are done to the day cos for me its double money compared to my 4 week jobs, wish they were all fortnightly as it would double me take overnight.

I used to do 4 - 6 weekly cleans but found the 6 weekly got in the way of my 4 weekly work now and then.
It was ok when i 1st started but changed that after about 6 months.
Only clean 4 - 8 weekly with the exception of a couple that have a 12 weekly.
I charge like WilliamX posted, but won't do a one off clean.
Been caught out a few times though where i have gone back to clean a customers house a 2nd time and they told me that they don't want it anymore.
It really annoys me because they were told that i don't do one offs and they got their windows done for a 4 or 8 weekly price.

I charge too high for most customers to go fortnightly, I always say I clean monthly, if they say that it is too expensive I give them the option of having them cleaned every other month, it seems to work!
