if a large building was cleaned every 6 months instead of every 1-2months, would you charge any extra?
I was thining of about 1.5 the normal cost for the clean, what do you think guys?

I would charge extra, every clean would be like a first clean, especially if it was near main roads/buliding work etc etc.

When you price this job why dont you give them some options

1 6 month clean
2 every other month clean
3 monthly clean

Adjust the prices accordingly 6 month clean being most expensive as more cleaning would be required, monthly clean cheaper but less work to do on your part, plus would seem cheaper as they are paying monthly rather than 6 monthly.
I've done this on a commercial before they wanted it weekly but i felt it didnt warrant weekly clean so i came up with every other week and it ended up i was better off £££ wise for work done

I would agree with mgba, a 6 monthly is really an initial clean every time, I would ask 2x for 6monthly.

3 monthly I would charge 1.5x and monthly 1x

We clean a complex every 6 months that has an extremely dusty environment.

It is about 5 hours work externally and then the same again internally.

It is an absolute nightmare but it pays very well, some of the sills are thick with black dust.

Make sure the price is in accordance with the amount of extra time it will take you.
