Bit more oddness about this one.
The lady who does the 'showing around' introduced us to everyone as the cleaners. (we haven't quoted and got the job yet)
Also she showed us around all the properties, (they are still working on one of them.) The builders clean cleaners are there, they don't have a cleaning contract for the regular cleaning, and no regular cleaning has yet been done, the manager who asked me to quote said they already had cleaners weekly but she wanted to check the price was in the right ball park. Seems odd, nothing they say adds up.
Anyway, lovely large houses on 3/4 floors, carpets and ceramic tiled. show house, obviously more work, as there is furniture and it's been made to look like people already live there, also the 'showing around' lady has her office there and uses the utilty and downstairs loo.
Second house, same as the showhome, but no furniture or nick naks to move about.
third house still being renovated, 5 bed bout 4 or 5 flights of stairs all carpetted, fireplaces in each room to sparkle and dust. no furniture (nearly finished)
Fouth House, still being completed (nearly done) bit smaller than the third house, but has 5 beds, no furniture
The way the 'showing around' lady was talking they wanted ewach property to be cleaned weekly until people moved in, but the manager who asked for a quote wanted a sparkle now, and when people move in i think (with the showhouse being the weekly clean)
Do you think it would be Ok to quote, with the prices if we were to do all houses weekly, and then a quote to show just showhouse and sparkle clean per house price.
to show a bit of flexibility if they want a weekly on all, apparently people who view look around all the properties anyway not just the show home.
any ideas on a ballpark figure we should be looking for? Thinking of 3 cleaners per house, to include microfibre cleaning of the internal side of the windows (finger prin and smuges removal)

Mopping
Dusting
Decobwebbing
Buffing surfaces to shine etc inc mirrors and internal glaing.
cleaning showhouse office area /used kitchenette / loo.
I think thats everything.
I don't want to overcharge or undercharge, bout time we got one right.
