« on: February 11, 2026, 01:24:04 pm »
This is exactly why you should attend The Cleaning Show if you’re into window cleaning. You’ll be able to get hands-on with the latest poles, brushes, and cutting-edge equipment, see live demonstrations, and attend seminars covering the newest products just released to the market. There are also some amazing show-only discounts available. As the largest window cleaning show in the world, and located centrally in the UK, it’s easy to access and not one to miss.https://www.cleaningexpouk.co.uk/

Personally I think wfp window cleaning has matured. Most things have been invented and tweaked for the regular, average window cleaner. It would be interesting if there was a way of installing a decent hot water system in an electric van as that is the next step forward we need going into the 2030s IMO.

Window cleaning is at saturation point where I work these days. So many new companies starting up and lots are actually franchise businesses. Real business minded people are getting into it. I even see billboards advertising window cleaning!

Is it any wonder ‘real business minded people are getting into it’ when window cleaners talk openly on  forums and Facebook about record days and trousering a ton an hour!

I see that trailer/board under the bridge every time I head that way, wonder if they get many enquiries from it?

I wouldn’t say it’s saturated, there’s plenty of startups about but that’s been the case for the last 10 years, I certainly wouldn’t want to be starting out today but my phones never been busier with new enquiries as these last few weeks.

Not many of the startups last anyway. I can count on one hand the amount of business that work my area that have lasted 10 years or more.
