Hi would it not tell you on the spec of the pump as in amps ,volts etc I’m just a window cleaner so I have no idea but what I would say is a booster pump will reduce water usage and will make the ro work to its optimimun performance so will save you money I would think

My booster pump is 375 watts but no idea what it costs to run per hour , but it’s not going to break the bank
