It doesn't look like I'm going to be breaking any records this year  :'( very slow atm.

£122, a bottle of wine and 5 cards up to now. Better than nothing but I usually get around £400-£500 altogether but I reckon I'll be doing well to reach £300 this year.

Everybody is being squeezed from every direction financially. Ive paid my tax bill early this year just to get it out of the way. Im over £5k lighter now...

I’ve found the opposite, very rarely get many tips but nearly £200 already this year with the bulk of my residential work still to do. Quite a few have been out to tip in cash but still pay for the clean online which has never happened before.

Just chased up a customer who usually pays on the day or the day after. Did the job Friday - little reminder by text Tuesday.

Literally less than 4 minutes later I get "Oops sorry - a bit extra included for Xmas." An extra £20 added to the bill.

Then yesterday  a small  commercial custy gave me six bottles of Katy cider! Result.

 ;D

£308 and a bottle of wine. Not bad and still 3 days of mainly domestics to clean.

Looking forward to the break now. I was due to finish tomorrow but had Monday off due to torrential rain so I'll be working Friday.
