It would have been cheaper to buy a van than make that.

Some proper ghetto window cleaners about.

There's one near me that uses a trailer. It's a nice setup and a decent car he pulls it with to be fair but must be a right pig to manouver about on 20 houses a day

Once you've mastered reversing a vehicle with a trailer on it its a lot easier than you'd think.

Whereabouts in Wiltshire? There was a guy in Frome/Trowbridge area used to have a trailer with a kettle on the top. Called himself the flying kettle. Trad. stuff and a motorbike I think.

Going back 20 years. Wonder if he has gone wfp?

Yes but it's still not something you would want to run around with all day doing multiple drops when you don't have to. It's doable but a pita.

I thought he d get pulled for having an insecure load!it looks dodgy to me....😄👍

You cant beat having a dedicated van for cleaning and a separate car for leisure purposes.expensive yes but easy to separate work from chill time.
price higher/work harder!

A weird one is this.

When I insured my car last year for Social, Domestic & Pleasure, Business Cover was available as an add on for a massive, ten quid.

Do you think this chap simply ticked the wrong box?

There was a windie down south who used to pull a wfp trailer with an ATV. (Down south because I live up north.) He later changed the ATV for a Fiat 500. He had gas powered hot water, a gas burner for boiling water and I think he also had a frying pan he used to cook his breakfast.
That must also have been nearly 20 years ago.

If I remember correctly, the reason he changed the ATV was because of police intervention.

Pulled for no business insurance? Are you sure? Didn't know that was a thing...

That's the fella. A Quadbike - not a Motorbike.

Well this guy is driving a little car - I wonder if it's him?

The “hottie”
Yep, Fogwash on a trailer pulled behind a Canam Quad I think. He even bought a snowplough to go on the front, then the climate changed!

That's the windie. I've often wondered what happened to him as well.
