How much I should charge for protecting expensive brand new hand made Wool Rugs?

What would be the optimal price for protecting wool rugs. Per rug or per square meter. Client ask me to do this type of service on regular bases. He is rug manifacturer and Supplyer. Some of his rugs cost up to £4K . I would aapresiate your advise.
