Brown stains appeared after cleaning a synthetic carpet

Hi there
I have cleaned synthetic carpet using Prochem Steam Pro machine. I used multi Pro pre spray then i rinsed it with Extraction Plus . After few days the client called me and complained about two brouwn stains which were not there 😟 . They appeared after the cleaning.
What is the reason and how i can deal with this problem ?
I will appreciate your advise. Thanks in advance .

It’s called wicking the stain most likely was there but you’ve brought it to the surface another go but with an acid rinse should get rid of it but do plenty of dry passes as it could reappear if you leave the carpet too wet

Leave an air mover or dri pod if you can….get them dry asap
