Call for new moderators

No. If you want to be one, you should not be allowed.
There should be random selection, like Jury duty.

I think further moderation is needed.
Lots of members have left / stopped posting. I think that part of the reason for this is that some posters (who I won't name) are allowed to spout hate and bile unchallenged.
