Squeegee planner view and notes
« on: May 22, 2023, 03:15:01 pm »
Cleaner Planner is too outdated for me now and I'm torn between Squeegee and Jobber.

For the people who have multiple vans using Squeegee, how do you remind yourselves about tasks you need to do, or if someone is on holiday for example? Normally on CP I add a note 'Mark on holiday' or 'Hire a cherry picker' or 'book in this job this week'.

I don't think I want to run another calendar alongside Squeegee as I'm looking for an all-in-one system. But I could be converted.

Jobber has a great note function and has everything I could ever want, but I struggle to plan on it as the jobs don't have prices on them and there is no day total in the Planner view.

Just been on the phone with Jobber and there doesn't seem to be any workaround to see job, day or van totals in the planner view.

So it's going to be Squeegee or I'll have to keep adding systems to CP.

I cant imagine many use squeegee with multivan set up, when I looked into them it was £500 per month, ridiculous

I thought it was £27.50 per user, unless I'm missing something?

£330 + vat per user Billed Yearly + £1500 + vat private hosting and maintenance fee (incl 150 free credits per user per month)

for my team I would need 13 users at which is 5790+vat per year, i enquired 18 months ago and it was 500 per month then, they have dropped the price slightly but it is a lot more than cleaner planner and it wont make us any more money,  we manage with cleaner planner it does the job fine and we have over 4500 customers now

Me too.

Could do with an update though. Starting to fall way behind.

Cleaner planner were great but I think they found a more profitable professional industry. To be honest, I can't blame them.

Cleaner planner is near perfect.i find it strange that some people think it's outdated.it does everything you need to run a successful cleaning business with ease.nothing needs changing IMO.

It's well worth  £15 a month to me.
price higher/work harder!

Have a look at the features listed here.

https://squeeg.ee/en-GB/pricing

I wouldn't use all of them but there are many that I already pay extra for from elsewhere. Cleaner Planner may well be ideal for you but multi van operations do have additional requirements.

Cleaner Planner was a game changer when it arrived but that's nearly a decade ago and there have been zero updates since then.

Cleaner planner is far from ideal , but still very much the best of everything available - unless your planning to get yourself a bespoke program then you have to make to with standard features.

I would like a few more bits on cleaner planner but I don't really see it happening anytime soon

in fairness Daz - you could run quite happily off George  ;D

Cleaner planner has become the new George. It's simple and it works.

I would have thought with 10 plus vans on the road you might be better getting some software designed specifically for what you want it do.

That franchising company my window cleaner runs their business off custom made software so it's do able.

Squeegee is perfect for me. Never had an issue with bugs and for £18 a month is an absolute bargain.

Seems cleaner planner users are the new George users…….they’ll all probably be rebooting their computers soon to get the last backup which was 10 years ago  ;D

the pricing they have come up with is just ridiculous, a sole trader £18 per month so £216 per year but mulitvan business nearly 6 grand,

the extra costs for sole trader vs multivan zero as its digital software,
