Selling a small part of our exceptionally high-quality, extremely well priced domestic work (some smaller commercial offices).
The entire run of over 200 customers is within less than about ½ a mile radius. Our business has been operating for 26 years and more recently, work has thrived throughout COVID pandemic due to wealthy high demographic client base in affluent areas. We are by far the biggest service provider in the entire area with the highest prices which means highest profits. Almost all work is WFP. Almost all customers pay on the day or promptly by bank transfer. Huge historical and ongoing (provable) upsell opportunities throughout the year for gutter clearance, jet washing, fascia’s, soffits, internal windows and conservatory roofs.
Work is a mixture of 4 and 8 weekly with a few less frequent customers (often big jobs). and currently brings in on average £380-400 per day EXCLUDING any extras. Many of the 8/12 weekly customers pay a significantly higher price. The buyer will receive full contact details for customers, all pricing information, access information, payment information, and historical quotes for other services previously provided. If you use an off the shelf window cleaner round planner we can provide data in an Excel format so you can simply transfer data.
We also have a list of irregular work that is very lucrative that can be separately negotiated at a very fair price. We will continue to get many calls from ongoing marketing and new leads due to existing customers recommending us in neighbouring areas that we plan to continue servicing for many years to come. The customers expect a high standard of work and a reminder message before every clean (we currently email but you could phone/text) We have established a very good professional relationship with them and would like to pass on to someone who will maintain the standards.
GENUINE REASON FOR SALE: Our business has continued to grow in recent years. We have a great core team of window cleaners but do not wish to expand our current team any further. We have been building an established franchise network in the UK and already have 21 branches – our franchisees success has meant our network is growing much faster than we expected. We are committed to both sustaining our existing business alongside focusing our time working with franchisees and development of a nationwide brand.
