Changing room tiles

Hi , I have been asked to try and fix the stains to some tiles in a golf club changing room. I do the carpets in this place but I don’t know much about tiles! They look to have had some liquid spilt on them that has obviously lightened/ bleached the tiles? They have already tried Mouldex to see if that would even them out but they still look bad. Is there anything I can use to fix or make the marks less obvious? Thanks john

Yes there is! The tiles are almost certainly porcelain. They are designed to grip the dirt and by their very nature they don't let go of it easily. Apply Faber Disycott, scrub it in with a Rotary Scrubber Fitted with a soft to medium brush then if necessary add some 220 Grit Honing Powder and scrub again. Extract with a wet vac, then rinse with a pH Neutral Cleaner and extract again. I would then seal the tiles to make it easier to clean next time.
