Contract cleaning for Sale in Surrey/Open to sensible offers

I am a small business owner and I am selling 6  regular cleaning contracts .

I have been running the small regular contract cleaning/end of tenancy cleaning  business as self-employed since October 2008.  I switched to a Ltd company in 2018.
I acquired all the regular contracts by hard work and a word of mouth and recommendation.

I am looking for serious buyer who can  ideally buy all 6 contracts together as they are not far from each other, alternatively I will consider selling them individually.  It will enable the person to earn from day one. No time wasters or franchise companies please.  I am also willing to negotiate and open to sensible offers.
